Do I need an appointment, or can I just stop by?
Appointments get priority, and a quick call is the fastest way to get one. That said, if you’re nearby with a warning light or a strange noise, stop in — we’ll at least take a look and tell you how urgent it is.
Will you tell me the price before you do the work?
Always. We diagnose first, then call you with a written estimate — parts, labor, and tax. Nothing gets repaired until you approve it. No surprises at pickup, ever.
Can you service my car without voiding the factory warranty?
Yes. Federal law (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) protects your right to have routine maintenance and repairs done by an independent shop. We use quality parts and document everything so your warranty stays intact.
What does your repair warranty cover?
Qualifying repairs are covered by a 24-month/24,000-mile parts-and-labor warranty. If a covered repair fails within that window, bring it back and we make it right at no charge.
My car won’t start — can you help me get it to the shop?
Yes. Call us and we’ll dispatch our towing partner to bring your vehicle in. If the fix is simple (dead battery, for example), we’ll tell you over the phone before sending a truck.
